GUILHERME ATSUMI

When decisions don’t sustain themselves, the problem isn’t method.
It’s structure.

I help organizations structure decision-making, governance, and execution systems in complex environments, reducing improvisation, sustaining choices, and turning strategy into consistent practice.
My purpose is to bring clarity to you and your organization’s work, reducing cognitive load and enabling collaboration so workflows can truly flow.

How I structure decision and execution systems

I operate across three complementary levels that sustain decisions over time and reduce improvisation.

Direction, criteria and governance

Structuring operating models, decision criteria and governance mechanisms that align strategy, priorities and execution.
The focus is to reduce ambiguity, clarify roles and build sustainable routines, with clear criteria and indicators to support decisions and monitoring.

Learning architecture and organizational capability

Design and production of content, learning journeys and capability structures connected to strategy and real work execution.
Includes group facilitation, workshops, meetups and events, and experience design that strengthens organizational capability, engagement and adoption.

System sustainability, impact and evolution

Support to build systems that hold over time, considering social, environmental and organizational impact.
Includes indicators, monitoring dashboards and feedback cycles that guide decisions, continuous learning and the responsible evolution of the system.

“Turns ideas into reality — structures processes and gets projects off the ground.”

“Has a broad vision and solves step by step, navigating dialogue effectively.”

“Builds bridges between people, ideas and groups. Untangles knots and builds trust.”

“Doesn’t overcomplicate. When something needs to happen, it happens.”

Authorial projects and independent initiatives

Practice labs for reflection and method development

Beyond organizational work, I develop authorial projects where I experiment, structure and share concepts, practices and models related to decision-making, leadership, learning and human development. These initiatives work as synthesis environments between thinking, practice and education.

Mentoring and consulting

Decision-oriented work focused on structure and long-term sustainability. I work with people and organizations when the challenge is not lack of capability, but excess complexity, ambiguity or decisions that don’t hold in practice.

TEACHING

Applied teaching connected to organizational practice

I work as a professor, tutor and content designer across undergraduate, graduate and executive education programs, with a focus on strategy, management, sustainability, innovation, leadership and organizational learning. My approach integrates solid theoretical grounding with practical experience in real organizational contexts, avoiding purely conceptual or work-disconnected teaching. Over this trajectory, I have developed and delivered courses, workshops and learning journeys focused on decision-making, work organization, project and process management, ESG and human development — always prioritizing practical application and critical thinking.

ACADEMIC ACTIVITY

Shall we talk?

If you’re dealing with decisions that don’t hold, growing complexity, or the need to structure execution more effectively, we can talk to assess whether moving forward makes sense — and how.
